Colonel John Wheeler Middle School

The Colonel Wheeler “A” football team won in convincing fashion last Tuesday night 34 - 7 against Westchester Middle School. Running back Braxton Gonzales and quarterback Ben Boomsma led the team on the ground each scoring touchdowns and breaking off long runs. Boomsma also completed a spectacular deep ball to Roman Rizo for a score. The starting defense did not give up a score for the time they were in the game. Kayo Macarthy got his hands on a Westchester pass and took it to the house for a touchdown. The Bulldogs will be playing their next game against the Hobart Brickies at home next Tuesday.
